Consulting

I don’t have a “system” I’m trying to sell you or impose on your organization; while sometimes helpful, such canned approaches can feel like pounding a square peg into a round hole. I believe in helping you and your team discover their next right answers that tend to already be “in the room” so-to-speak.

I find it rewarding to watch the light of insight go on, as leaders synergize together for a better future. My focus is on identifying general leadership dynamics and the DNA of an organization’s culture.

The most popular saying about culture versus strategy is, “Culture eats strategy for breakfast,” a phrase widely attributed to management guru Peter Drucker.  The saying emphasizes that a company’s underlying culture—the shared values, beliefs, and behaviors of its people—is more influential than its strategic plans in determining its success or failure. If a strong, supportive culture doesn’t align with a new strategy, the culture will likely undermine or overcome it, making the strategy ineffective.

Pastoral Counseling

While not a licensed psychologist, I have my Masters in Pastoral Counseling and Psychology and provide pastoral counseling insights to help people overcome a variety of challenges.
